Want to search to see decorations that overlap multiple categories? Use the multi-search! It works as an "AND" search - for example, you could search for "Plants" that fit in a "Small" hook. Or if you're looking to color-coordinate, "Furniture" that is also "Blue". All fields are optional.

How to Get a Landscape: Gold Plated Hutt Decoration
Can be bought or sold on the GTN from other players but requires Reputation Rank to use
The Landscape: Gold Plated Hutt decoration can be dropped from Ultimate Cartel Packs, which are from the the Cartel Market and bought with Cartel Coins. Cartel Packs, including the Ultimate Cartel Pack, include a random selection of items from the Cartel Market. You aren't guaranteed to get a Landscape: Gold Plated Hutt decoration from opening a Ultimate Cartel Pack, but it is one of the few ways to get a Landscape: Gold Plated Hutt deco apart from buying it on the GTN from another player.
If you're looking to get a Landscape: Gold Plated Hutt, the easiest way to get it is to head to the Galactic Trade Network (GTN) in SWTOR and buy it with credits from another player. If it's very rare and not available for direct sale on the Cartel Market, you could try buying Cartel Packs from the GTN and hope you get it.
Some items do rotate on and off of the Cartel Market for direct sale, and may be available later in the year, while others are almost never for sale for direct purchase. There is no way to know when certain items may become available on the Cartel Market, or when they might go on sale.
Underworld Exchange Info
Underworld Exchange Reputation is a strange and mostly deprecated type of Reputation in Star Wars: The Old Republic. This Reputation track was originally multiple different tracks that were combined into one, and the reputation items to progress the track came from different types of Cartel Packs.
There are four decorations on the vendors, which can also be found on the GTN / in Cartel Packs.
Cartel Certificates
Cartel Market Certificates can be used to purchase to purchase specific Cartel Market items without having to pay Cartel Coins. Here’s the few ways to get them:
You can see how many Cartel Market Certificates you have by clicking the Currency tab in your inventory. Cartel Market Certificates are a legacy-bound currency, which means your currency pool is shared by all your characters on your server.

Similar to the Portrait: Gold Plated Hutt from Karagga’s Palace, but this is form the Constable’s pack. It’s shinier in the light!
The version from Cartel Packs does not require any Reputation.
The version from the vendor requires Friend Rank with the Underworld Exchange reputation track to use and costs 30,000 Credits & 1 Cartel Market Certificate.
Both versions look the same, and both can be bought or sold on the GTN. If the vendor version is bought on the GTN, it still requires the correct Reputation to use.
